    • Deliveries are fulfilled by third-party couriers. Delivery charges are non-refundable once goods are dispatched.
    • Estimated delivery times are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors.
    • Risk transfers to the Client upon courier collection. Ownership transfers upon full payment.

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened Products in original packaging.
    • No refunds or exchanges will be processed for used/opened first aid items, custom orders, or items damaged post-delivery.
    • Return requests must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.
    • Return shipping costs are borne by the Client unless due to our error.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after inspection.
