Section 8(1) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHASA) 85 of 1993, requires every employer to maintain a safe working environment and have a first aid kit available in case of emergencies and treatment in case of injury. The Act also tells us what the minimum First Aid Kit content should be.
